Safeguarding Ambassadors
At our school, we are proud to have a dedicated group of pupils known as our "Safeguarding Ambassadors".
Safeguarding Ambassadors are children who help us to make sure our school is a safe, happy and supportive place for everyone. They use their voices to share ideas, talk about worries, and help adults understand what matters most to children.
The Ambassadors' duties:
- Help spread important safeguarding messages in a child-friendly way
- Share their thoughts and ideas on how we can make safeguarding even stronger
-
Help Miss Ruscitto and Mrs Griffith to distribute safeguarding posters around the school to ensure all staff know who our Designated Safeguarding Persons are
- Take part in safeguarding questionnaires and pupil voice activities
- Encourage other children to speak up if they feel worried or need help
Safeguarding Ambassadors play an important role in helping children understand that it’s always okay to talk and that there are trusted adults in school who are there to listen and help.
We are incredibly proud of our Safeguarding Ambassadors for their kindness, maturity and confidence. Their voices help shape how we keep our school community safe, and they make a real difference for other children every day.
