At TCS our Vision, Mission, Aims and Values drive our aspirations and underpin what we do and how we behave each day. They have been developed following reflection from all members of the TCS community including pupils, staff, governors and parents. We have a shared, vision and mission to ensure that all who are associated with our school are working together to achieve the same aims and seeking to promote our core values.

Our vision is to be an inspirational organisation in which every member of the community feels a sense of belonging and purpose to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills to be lifelong learners

Our mission it to ensure everyone feels valued, supported and develops a love of learning, in order to set themselves high standards and aspirational goals to maximise their potential

Our Aims

We aim for our children:

Our aims for our staff and governors are:
